    1. Carsten, looking over the app you are on our list. Have you checked that you are using the same log in email as the email you used to register for the annual meeting? That has tripped a few people up.

      The AAA staff has the ability to do some general troubleshooting on-site, but for the most part I imagine you’ll be passed my way (Andrew) on-site. There is of course bravura’s support staff as well if you think the problem goes beyond our scope.

      9 out of 10 times, the issue is the app just needs to be re-synched. This will go slowly on 3G/4G and the hotel’s wireless isn’t always strong enough to work (lots of people are probably clogging it up watch Netflix as we speak)

      As always, your patience and input is greatly appreciated. This is the second year we’ve used this app, and we’re always looking for ways to improve.
